Application to be an Admin, G-Mod, or Mod

Administrator

- The administrator will have all the same controls/privileges as I do. They will help me with decisions on the boards. Say if someone made a suggestion on the suggestions board, I would consult with my "Second Admin" and talk about it. If we both think it's a good idea we may hold "staff meetings" in the Staff Board and discuss it with all the staff. If the idea works it will be put up.

- If for some reason I'm unable to continue being a Admin (whether I go on vacation, get to busy with real life.. etc the Administrator will step in for me until I can return.

- Basically whatever I can do (create boards, change rules as see fit... etc) the other Admin will have the same "powers".

Global Moderator (G-Mod)

- If a G-Mod does their job well over a period of time, stay active on the board etc, they could be promoted to be an Admin (but this may be a rare thing, we don't need tons of Admins lol).

- G-Mods will have almost the same privileges as Admins, but not as many. Mostly what G-Mods will do is keep forums neat and tidy, free from Spam, inactive post.. etc.

- Check to see if anyone has violated the rules and take action.

- If someone post on the wrong board, move to the correct board (no need to post "the message" (select "no" in the message drop-bar) -- those who are picked as G-Mods, and Mods will know what this means when they see it if they have to move topics.

- If someone's breaking the rules, please let them know; if anyone has questions please answer if you can; if a fight starts out take care of it or contact me so I can.

Moderator (Mod)

- If a Mod does their job well over a period of time, stay active on the board etc, they could be promoted to be an G-Mod and someone else will be picked as a new Mod (this will more than likely only happen if we get lots of members. So don't forget to spread the word of the forum!

- Mods will have almost the same privileges as G-Mods, but not as many. Mostly what Mods will do is keep forums neat and tidy, free from Spam, inactive post.. etc.

- Check to see if anyone has violated the rules and take action.

(2) Why do you think you would be good for the job?
I Have a bit of forum experience, I Like order, I try my best to be fair.
I of course like to think of myself as a problem solver,  and I know when to step in.
 I honestly don't know how to promote myself, I'm just a regular internet person. But I do know that I have a lot of heart, and will give the job 120% if I'm chosen.

(3) How much time can you devote to Rootz?
Uh, probably like 4-5 hours a day minimum, and 4/5 days out of the week, minimum.

(4) Age? (this won't stop you from getting the job, mostly I'm just curious): Sixteen

(2) Why do you think you would be good for the job? I've got a great deal of experience with organizing, managing, and maintaining forums and online groups/clubs/guilds. I have been complimented on my ability to lead with fairness and diplomacy, and my ability to diffuse tense situations with relative ease. I am intimately familiar with the functional capabilities of proboards and whatever new features they have or will install, I know I can and will learn quickly. I love the PC and I would love to be an active contributing member in this way. I would be thrilled to be a moderator, gmod, or admin for Rootz.
(3) How much time can you devote to Rootz? As much as the job needs. I'm a full time student and housewife (and internet junkie). I have a great deal of free time every day where I can spend tending to whatever Rootz needs.
