Getting to know eight Alley Catz!

Hey! So I decided to fix up the pics I took tonight of my eight Alley Catz. ^^

I already had four boys, but added four girls. After that, I had everyone meet one another to get a feel for who liked who, and stuff. As always, there were a couple pairs that rarely interacted with each other, making it almost impossible to tell how they felt, so I labeled those ones as Undecided/Tolerance until I figure it out someday when they care to interact more. xD

Anyway, it's quite a lot of pics, but here you go!

I decided to start with my oldest, Stunning. I introduced him to the new girls first!


He hit it off beautifully with Clementine!


Along with Susanna and Tiffanie! Fancy refused to participate, but I think she's got a crush...look at her face. xDD

I always knew Stunning was...well...stunning. xD The ladies love him!!


The males, not so much. 2/3 of the other males hate him. xD For whatever reason though, LeChuck decided to befriend him, so yay! (Though it looks like he might still be plotting against him, hmm..)
Stunning tried to put the charm on Retro, but it didn't work. xDDD

Koden's turn to meet the remaining catz!


Oooh, what's this? The exact same 'score' as Stunning!! Koden might be a rival for Stunning.


Uh. Koden was VERY unlucky with the other males though. xD They both chased him. Maybe he's the real threat to their lovely ladies...

LeChuck's turn!


...Well, he hit it off with Tiffanie, and there's a chance with Fancy. Seriously though, Fancy is being difficult. xD She won't interact with anyone!! Maybe she prefers doing her own thing to having friends.


And the only male LeChuck hadn't met hates him. How sad. xDD

Retro's turn to meet the girls!


OH GOSH LOOK! FANCY MADE A FRIEND!!! This might be her future mate, if she wants to be more than friends, because this is the only male she bothered to interact with! xD

I suppose Clementine can be difficult to get along with. xD Tiffanie likes her though!

Okay seriously though...Stunning is awesome. He is ALWAYS giving me these innocent eyes, and looking absolutely adorable, and I just want to snuggle him! On top of that, he always tries his hardest to be nice to the other petz. For an alley, he really is a softie! He DOES have his typical grumpy alley moments, they all do, but he's probably one of the most mellow Alleys I've ever seen, and I'm falling in love with him all over again. <3

And lastly, more random pics I snapped that amused me. Can I just say...I've never had so many alley butts shaken at me in all my life. xDDDD Scroll back and take note of them all!!

After eating her dinner, Clementine leaped into the air, then flopped on her belly, which cracked me up! Despite Koden looking like he's turning down his food, he isn't. xD He ate it, he just felt like pretending to be a snob!
LeChuck seems a tad paranoid about losing his food. xDD
Retro, another I'm particularly fond of, is pulling some random, adorable moves.
And Susanna, looking at me with that one big eye...LOL!!

Thanks guys! Seeing that Fancy really isn't too interested in anybody makes me want to work on finding her a friend. xD So she's due for some torment with other petz LOL!

And I rather like that pic too, Sharebear xD I particularly like Retro's pounce, as he's licking his lips at the same time. xDD

And I agree Destiny! Stunning's usually mellow expression really is unusual, but he always seems so happy and peaceful. <3

I figure instead of making a new thread, I'll add to this one. xD I don't wanna clog the forum.

But! So today I gave my 'set' couples some time together. I seem to have a problem. Everyone's buddies, nobody seems interested in love. =.=
Considering Fancy and Clementine only like one guy cat, I decided to pair them up with those guy catz. The last four catz can mix and match though, if my first pairing idea doesn't work.

Er, but anyway, let me SHOW you my set couples.

Koden and Clementine. Clementine ONLY likes Koden and isn't interested in the other guys, so I've kinda decided she may as well stick paired up with him. They're decent buddies, and I figure it'll take a while before they're anything more, if it ever happens. xD

LeChuck and Tiffanie. These two are SO close, I actually am betting they'll be the first to fall in love. Tiffanie also likes Stunning, so if it turns out LeChuck is only a friend to her, I can try her with Stunning instead. But I dunno, she freaking adores LeChuck! All they do is dance around each other and give each other things.
I could swear I saw a lovey look from Tiffanie too...or maybe that was just wishful thinking. xDD

Retro and Fancy. Retro is the only cat Fancy likes...PERIOD. She hates all the other alleys, male and female. o.o Retro likes ONE other cat, so he's kinda in the same boat. That being said, I think for Fancy's sake, this is the only relationship she has a shot at. xD Despite those adorable faces, Fancy loves bugging Retro. She tackles him, surprises him, darts past him, knocks him over...
She's still acting like a bratty little sister. xD I don't think Fancy wants a family. I'm doubting she'll fall in love with any of these catz.

And lastly, Stunning and Susanna. Stunning also gets along with Tiffanie, so I can try swapping these two pairings around if there's no romance. Anyway, Stunning seemed to take to Susanna right from the very beginning, and the two are very good friends. They do a lot together, but I can't actually tell if they're close enough yet. They still don't beat LeChuck and Tiffanie's 'score' xD But they're closer than Clementine + Koden and Fancy + Retro, that's for sure!


And they can eat together in the same room without harrassing each other!! xD

I'm thinking I'm still not getting kittens anytime soon. I might have to resort to the 'love-inducing' items after all. xD

So the other day, I was feeling really low for some reason. It just kinda hit me, and lingered, and I felt really down, and didn't want to do much of anything. Naturally, when I get these random, low moods, I turned to Petz. As always, it helped.


I spent SO MUCH time playing with Stunning, and getting pictures of him, I actually forgot why I started playing with him in the first place. We just had a blast! He IS your typical grumpy, moody, growly alley...but he has SUCH a mellow, sweet, loving side to him and it's obviously there about as often as his grumpy side. xD He's like perfectly evened out in mellowness as he is in grumpiness, while other alleys are more grumpy than anything!

In short, I just LOVE this cat, because he's my perfect example of the mellow kitty all alleys have inside them...just most alleys, you have to dig a little deeper to see it. xD He seems to let me see this side of him often. He's just adorable, and I can't get enough of him.

Anyway. As I was playing with him, Fancy came out:


I didn't really think much of it, since Fancy and Stunning tolerated/ignored each other before, so I let her hang with us. What I was NOT expecting was this...


See that picture above the names?! They were FLIRTING. My first totally natural flirting from these alleys...and it's NOT one of the pairings I had planned!!

My idea was to, at least for a while, try and keep inbreeding out. And I don't want TOO many 2nd gen catz, so I was thinking of, you know, breeding each cat once, and having the offspring breed once...until I run out of catz. (Which won't take long at all, but I figure it'll be plenty of alleys to care for naturally. xDD)

SO NOW my questions...what should I do? I didn't actually let them fall in love, but they will if I let them at it long enough.
I don't know whether I should let them go for it, or what...maybe I should see how the other catz feel about the others. So far it's only been friendship though, so maybe I should try RE-introducing them to the guys and see how they feel.

Gya. I'm so confused.

BUT this also means Stunning has officially won over ALL of the female catz. He's such a lady's man, any would fall in love with him! <3

ALRIGHT so based on the friendships made, and the level of closeness they had with one another, I had mentally planned this breeding plan out:


Stunning seemed fond of any of the girls, so he could go either way. Koden seemed roughly the same, but few catz like Clementine, so I stuck him with her. LeChuck ONLY liked Tiffanie. Fancy ONLY liked Retro.
It seemed the only way to go, however Koden and Stunning's girlfriends could be swapped around, if they liked. But for LeChuck and Retro, it seemed there was only one option.

Well. Time goes by, and now this has developed:


Stunning has decided he LOVES Fancy. Koden has decided he LOVES Susanna. What does this leave me with?

LeChuck ONLY likes Tiffanie. He hates Susanna and Clementine, and only barely tolerates Fancy. But Tiffanie isn't his love, either. They're best FRIENDS, and seem determined to remain so. :\ But that's the only girl he gets along with so...?

Then Retro! He isn't too fond of Clementine, but they're kinda all that's left. He's not crazy about Tiffanie either. But go figure, he's buddies with both of the taken girls!!

WHAT AM I GONNA DO?! xDDDD I'm trying to see if I can't find a solution that will avoid inbreeding for a while, before I let anybody breed.
This is horribly confusing with EIGHT catz though. I may have to focus on one at a time...yikes.
