Maplewood Poodles [Gameplay Entry]

Day 1
- Do you like your new pets? Yes!
-What are their names? Rococo & Whirl
-Are they boys or girls or both? Boy & Girl

- Do your new pets get along? Well... they aren't fighting...




- Figure out what their favorite foods are.

Rococo



I wanted to try something different here, so I put all of the food in the supply case, and waited to see which one he knocked out...


 
It took a bit of waiting, he was more interested in me. Isn't he cute <3

Finally...



He knocked the Green Cat Food bowl out...


Sniff Sniff...


"Gross! You expect me to eat that!?"



Then he decided to rub his butt on it XD

So I took all of the food out to see if he'd choose one, which resulted in him walking around to each bowl and sticking his nose up to it too. So, I'm not sure which one he prefers yet. I think I'm going to go with the Green Bowl, since it's the one he knocked out first. This might change though.

Whirl

Whirl on the other hand...


Didn't waste any time at all. She instantly knocked out the Silver Dog food bowl...


And dug right in! Silver Bowl wins!

And that concludes day 1! If I had more time, I'd certainly test Rococo further and spend more time with them. I just love them both <3

Day 2

First of all, I wanted to re-test Rococo on which food is his favorite. I put the food in the Carry case and today he didn't waste any time deciding. He instantly went for the Blue food bowl and dug right in!


Blue bowl Wins!

I took Whirl out to feed her before continuing with Day #2 activities. She chose the green cat food bowl today.



- Try planting a garden in the backyard for your pets!

I took the pups to the Toy Closet and set out all of the seeds. Any they nudged or brought over to me I put in the Supply case to take out to the backyard. Rococo chose; Sun Flowers, Pink flowers, and Violets. Whirl couldn't decide and stuck her nose up at them instead XD



Out to the backyard we went..

They were busy wrestling, so I just scattered the seeds around hoping they'd move them around and such while they played. I brought out the watering can, they were quick to run over and see what that thing was all about.


Do they like the watering can?  Definitely! They loved it! They kept chasing it around so they could get under it again while I watered.

What about the host? I don't think there is a host in P4? Nobody came out anyways.

- Decorate the Family Room together. What did your pets come up with?



We didn't do anything too special in here, but we had fun! Their favorite toy was the star ball as you can see.

- Do some training. Posing, tricks, anything's fine.

Before I could do any training, the pups were tired and hungry. I put Rococo away and fed Whirl then put her on a pillow for a nap.



Then we got out some treats;



We did some up, down, and side tricks to see what she'd offer. She's so cute <3 In the end, she learned beg, sit, and down. She also stacked herself with only 2 clicks of the camera! Future champion? Perhaps

I put Whirl away and brought out Rococo;

I tried to feed him and give him a nap first... he wasn't having either..



So we brought out the treats!

I wanted to teach Rococo a down...



He got it after trying two other things first..



We then tried an 'Up' trick...

It mostly resulted in him jumping for the treat like this;



But finally he decided to beg instead;



Next was stacking training...



This was the best I could get for today. I only do 20 clicks of the camera and take what ever I get in those 20 clicks. We'll try again tomorrow!

This was fun! Learned a lot of stuff about the two of them. They are so different from each other!
